The Fashion and Textiles Museum, Bermondsey

With its orange, hot pink and blue exterior, the Fashion and Textiles Museum is a distinctive sight on the streets of Bermondsey, in South East London.

It opened in 2003, and was founded by the fashion designer Zandra Rhodes. The building was converted from a former warehouse by the Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta, who also designed San Antonio Public Library.

Didn't realise this was there. Must visit. I love the way you show me bits of London I hadn't noticed before!
