Pomodoro

The Rainbow Challenge is here! Normally I would be out and about looking for colourful things to photograph, but as we are still in lockdown in the UK, I will take a food photograph each day and post links to recipes.

I'm starting the month with a photo of a tomato and links to a couple of similar recipes that involve poaching eggs in a fiery tomato sauce: Nigella Lawson's recipe for Eggs in purgatory and an easy Shakshuka.
