Great photo. I've had a Hoya for years and it just doesn't flower. What position is yours growing in? Sunny, shady, warm, cool?

Steff this one was in a public garden, indoors, but a Hoya won't flower if it is to well fed, you have to starve and keep fairly dry to get them to flower.
