Went to watch the grandies do their crosscountry today Miss Abby was the first girl home in her age group ( she only started school in June) and Braedyn ran really well, and it was a long course. But what impressed me the most was the encouragement from the parents and the other children, and what stood out the most was the two little boys in the centre that looked like they had just started school and coming last held hands and run the whole race together, to me that's what it is all about good sportsmanship.
For those that have not worked it out, @julzmaioro and I share grandchildren, my daughter is married to Julia's son.
