Saw a group of this fungi growing on the neighbors lawn, not sure what sort it is but it sure is ugly, black, slimy.......yuck....but had to take a photo

Shaggy ink cap, going over and about to spore - really pretty when young, looks a bit like a lawyer's wig, which is another name for it
