I did a double take when I saw the butterfly! the landscape is entrancing in itself. The butterfly adds a strange but exquisite contrast. Did you shoot a macro of the butterfly with water bokeh? did you shoot the landscape without butterfly? fav & follow
@ethelperry i use a point-and-shoot camera, therefore this was not an easy shot to pull of, but i attempted it and i love the result! no double exposure here, just depth of field! thank you for your comment!
@ryanjasonphotography THank you, Ryan for reply and follow. My first comment was poorly worded. I just hoped you had a fun photo shoot with various versions of the scene to store in your folders. Your camera seems to be doing a great job.
@ethelperry@etchasketch1 i use a Canon PowerShot SX280 and it does a pretty nice job. i do have several versions of this photo but the butterfly/moth wasn't as sharp. i realized the further away i was from it the more focused it was (even though it's still not as sharply focused as the background, but i can't complain). this camera does a great job at moon shots as well, which i have several in my project!
thank you both for your comments, they are always appreciated!
