haven't got the most out of my Waterrower this year. Last year I used it fairly regularly,
but this year it just collects dust and waits patiently for use. I feel it's time for me to get a bit fitter for the summer and just in general, and to stop putting it off (although I did do some Kinect recently, which was fun. I had my doubts about Kinect, but it does work.)
This shot was taken early in the morning around 6am-ish.
Exercise is so hard to start and when you do you wonder why didn't begin earlier! Never heard of Kinect, but sounds intruiging! Love this photo. Amazingly, the reflection looks almost more solid than the actual tree!
Gorgeous reflection, and I love the blue tones! I know what you mean about needing to exercise more...have hired a trainer...look forward to some fantastic results!
