'It's lonely at the top'

said the earthbound bird.

"Well, I'm above you, and I'm with you. So
you're not quite where you think you are," remarked the moon.

Taken at a similar time to yesterday, and this is the first time I've managed to get the moon in focus (without having to resort to focusing on its reflection in a piece of glass) I liked the way that the moon was directly above the bird, as if it had stopped by to catch up on this little bird's chatter.

The half light actually adds to a spooky atmosphere (probably because the silhouettes start the imagination rolling). Nice shot.
