The playful wood otter

Let's hope it's not the ex-playful wood otter. I think it may be resting from too much play.
Yes, it's no doubt plain tuckered out from all the frolicking!

Woodcreature #27.

Lovely idea. Nice shot. A cool interpretation.

Wow! He really looks tired! I hope he's okay. Frolicking can be hard on an otter! :0)

That's the least frolicky otter I think I've ever seen.
February 4th, 2012
Oh it's putting on a good show for you.

@nectarfizz @pwallis @cjwhite @digitalrn @ellida It's looking under the water for fish inbetween frolicks. You can't rush these otters.

I think a seal but could be an otter ! Amazing stuff you manage to find Matt on your travels !!

@happypat I'm sure everyone's sick to death of my wood creatures by now! I have 2 more and then that will be it. I feel a bit like the otter about seeing any more!

@ellida Terrible joke, Graham!

Rolling on it's side from too much play?

@aj1268 Wood creatures are a law unto themselves I guess. :)

When I was a nanny, and I took out the two small boys I watched, we always found alligators. :-) Great shot.

@5unflow3r No wonder I like you, Trina. And I'm still envious of that knitted camera holder. :)

Another imaginative shot!

I think you've misidentified this species - it's more likely to be the Giant River Otter.
