Mmmm

The odd thing is, I never really liked Mars bar as a kid. I thought it was a boring sweet, but now I find them quite satisfying. It's a simple no fuss combination and it works.
I haven't eaten a Mars bar for years, not because I dint like them I love them but not the best things to eat if you want to keep your weight down.....best out of the freezer in slices!

So, I was going to say that your version of a Mars bar differs from the US version, so I looked it up to be sure, and here's what I found out:
A British Mars bar is like a US Milky Way.
A British Milky Way is like a US 3 Muskateers.
I find this all very strange...

@aj1268 I find that strange too. So, how does your Mars bar differ? A Milky Way in the UK doesn't have caramel, so isn't really like a Mars bar except for the bit that isn't caramel (I don't know what it's called, can you tell?) I'm confused!

A Mars Bar in the US has almonds, and I think nougat. It's been so long since I've had one. A Milky Way in the US has caramel, like your Mars Bar. A 3 Muskateers has nougat only...weird.

@aj1268 I can't believe there's no peanut butter in a US Mars bar. ;)

@sabresun We do like our peanut butter...

I think we have peanut butter in our Mars bars here. I'm going to have to google that. I don't know that I've eaten one since I was at least 10.
