Today's original plan did not work out so went with an alternative shot! The dogs thought it was marvelous having me lying on the ground trying to get a shot of the base of this stand - I must say that wet noses and camera lenses are not designed to meet!

@monika64 I have found this month's challenge to be more helpful than anything else. Was going into a bit of a slump and by challenging myself have found the motivation to pick up the camera on a daily basis. Some of the challenges I have read through have seemed a tad restricting!
