Witzenberg at Sunset

My get pushed challenge from Martine @3sixty5 - My challenge for you is to capture a scene of your favourite part of the day. I love how the mountains look around sunset.

For the Tag Challenge. My tags were Landscape and Road. This is a scene that I see everyday. It is amazing how the mountains always look slightly different.

@leananiemand indeed it was! With the dreadful storms we had this past weekend there were loads of waterfalls but they weren't very visible in photos.

Lovely landscape...you have a glorious view! (I remember Tulbach for the best apple tart I ever had...fresh from the oven...at a little coffee shop at the end of Church Street (I think...the one that goes past Paddagang). We had to wait and have more coffee while waiting for the tart to cool down before they could cut it...)

The mountains look stunning. I am always fascinated by the folds and valleys - can stare at them for hours. Fantastic colours. And great tags to get for the challenge ;)

@ericdibosco There are a couple of really nice spots along Church Street. Paddagang has been through a number of new owners, was standing closed for a few months but one of the local restaurants has moved into the premises and so it is up and running again. It is such a stunning setting so it was a pity it stood empty for so long!
