We have had some really horrid weather this week so taking pics outside posed problematical. Today we had some moments of sunshine and I was able to go into the village to take a few pictures! This is the entrance to the local home industry shop. The lady who works there didn't want to come out and be photographed!
For this week's get pushed challenge from Richard Sayer @vignouse - my challenge to you this week is to capture an urban scene of your choice, but with some sort of action in it.
I'm from Tulbagh, Western Cape, South Africa. Tulbagh is a small farming community.
Get Pushed Challenge: I have been doing this challenge on and off...
Beautiful composition, and you were clever to keep this one in colour. The predominant mood of the building is, "B&W", but there is just enough blotches of colour to catch the eye and create interest and focal points.
@salza Hi Sally - I really like the way you have framed this and the colour splashes created by the various items of decor add interest and variety to the shop. Mission accomplished!
Ok ,I have thought about your challenge You know how much I love Kaela! So she is included in this.Your challenge is to create a collage or series of images that tell the story of Kaelas day through her eyes. Hope that works for you Sally!
Balls? Whenever I have this discussion with my third graders, the other teachers who overhear all start giggling.
