@olivetreeann @eyesmile Ann and Gena, this is the metal top of the chimney. It spins around a bit like a weather vane. It is to prevent birds and the weather from getting into the chimney. It is a favourite perch for many birds. I have inverted the colour here to give the shot more interest.
