@ninaganci Nina, it's a bit of a double edged sword as they can be quite destructive to gardens. It can poses a danger to motorists. You don't want to connect with a cow. Another problem is that these cows do not belong to a farmer, they belong to someone living in the low cost housing or squatter camp.
