I have been unable to use my laptop and download my camera and have had very limited internet access since Thursday due to power disruptions. Thursday and Friday we had intermittent power outages lasting between one and four hours each time. On Sunday morning we lost power and it was only restored 45 hours later. I don't think we have seen the end of the outages.

hard to imagine either living close to a mountain so grand or living without power. I feel strangely unmoored when the power goes out.

Oh No Sally, that is terrible. No electricity for such a long time. What happened this time, I have not heard of any load shedding
