I was given this interesting looking succulent type plant. Have no idea what it is. More and more of these leaves are starting to grow out from its stem

My plant finder App suggest that it could be Senecio angulatus or Cape Ivy.

@wakelys thanks Susan. I've had a look on Google at some different images of the plant. My plant is a cutting that is only just getting going. I actually have no idea what the mother plant looks like. Looking at the thickness of the stem (around 1cm in diameter) I'm not sure that it's a creeper. I will ask my friend who gave me the cutting what the mother plant looks. I do remember her saying that she didn't know or couldn't recall what the plant was called.
