This is a bunch of roses, I moved the camera slightly as I hit the shutter to give a soft effect

Love the soft colours here. I am confused though by what you are all "saying" with the blurred shots. I think I like to have a point of focus in a shot. Perhaps I had better read the book which may help me to understand how this is "observing"?

@pamknowler Lol Pam. Some ICM is very effective but I do agree with you that most times I also prefer something in focus. I'm hoping my book will arrive within the next few days and I can read the chapter for myself and not just rely on a synopsis.
