@lynnilou Lol, we love looking at birds. Sometimes we land up causing a jam because we are looking at a bird! We have also spotted other animals especially cats because we have stopped to look at a bird!
Beautiful bird and a great shot and focus. If I may make a suggestion, I would try to clone out the branch that seems to sprout out of his head and breast.
Ohhhh, I'm quite green!!!! love these birds and have spent hours chasing them around the garden trying to get a shot.... (with no good results... yet...)
Also love the call the coucal gives... nothing quite so wonderful as waking up in the morning, to the coucal's watery warble just outside the window!

Another excellent bird shot Sally! Each one of them has been a spectacular shot- so clear and detailed. The eagle was my favorite but each one has been stunning.
