Chocolate Truffles

For my month of black and white theme with Vikki @summerfield and Bill @bill_fe. This week is anything related to or about Thanksgiving or simply being thankful for.

I made these ginger and cashew nut dark chocolate truffles for my father who celebrates his 80th birthday this week. I'm thankful to be able to celebrate this milestone with him.
