After many days of dreary drizzling days...the sun was out. I will probably post some more in the next few day as I work my way through the many photos that I took in the golden hour.
If you like the effect and processing, you could try an IR filter with a slightly longer exposure time to get an IR picture (there is a lot of advice on the internet about this, Gavin Hoey has got a couple of good videos on YouTube if you are interested).
If you're still keen and want to avoid the focussing/adding IR filter and then playing around with exposure times, I picked up a cheap pre-owned IR converted camera on Ebay. There is still quite a bit of playing around in Photoshop or similar to get the result you want (when you first download the pictures to the computer they are in a horrible shade of red) but for me that's a large chunk of the fun anyway.
be awesome -thanks
Before I went for an IR filter or camera, I played around converting a 'normal' shot into IR. If you have Photoshop or Elements this is a good link to follow.

Hope the link works and the above helps. Felicity
