over done

I don't know about this one. Croz was laying in the sun so it was overexposed, but I kind of liked that. I kept playing with it --maybe too much... just not sure.

Thanks for all your lovely kind comments yesterday, so appreciate them all
I really like it. I love how it highlights his features. Arky (my cat) is black and some of my favourite shots are of him lying in the sun - overexposed, high key, shiny and beautiful :)

Good one. He makes such a cute subject.

It works really well along the facial bones and nose. And really draws the viewer into the eyes - especially that one on the right. i'm not entirely sure about the totally black area on the right, but then again it doesn't bother me and the overall impact is excellent.

@4rky it’s funny he goes and stands at our front door around 11 am these days —waiting for me to open the door -sun feels good

@mittens yes he does @helenhall thank you for your advice -I really struggle with this one because of the sun giving so much over exposure-but I am glad you liked it in the end —I did too

Rules are meant to be broken and often times they work out very well in our favor, as did this one of your beautiful dog!
