We had a nice quiet day… our son Zac is here but we are missing our other son Josh who is with his fiancé family. First time we all haven’t been together.
Plans for a get together tonight with my sister and family got canceled. She isn’t feeling well and we wanted to be safe-no Covid symptoms thankfully.
We were all going to get together tomorrow for Boxing Day, but my mom said she wasn’t up to it after her fall last week
So I Went out tonight in hopes of catching a pretty sunset. The bright brilliant colors just never came. However, it was beautiful and calm and gave me time to reflect on our many blessings. Being out in the water always calms my soul.
So in a way it was a blue blue Christmas
