The Scottish rose by sandlily

The Scottish rose

This one is probably not the best picture in the world but it does have sentimental value. It is the descendant rose bush from Scotland. My great grandparents brought it with them when they came from Scotland. It was at the farm where my father was born and grew up. He brought a cutting to East Alton where I grew up. My sister took a cutting with her to Roselle and gave me a cutting to take to Fort Collins. It is still alive in my front yard. In the summer it has pink blooms with a wonderful scent.
