The icicles hanging from the eaves are longer than our upper story windows in places. I figured out how to carefully pry off the bathroom window screen and pull it inside, and then leaned out so I could get a clear shot. I have no idea what the neighbors must think of me. (No worries, I didn't lean too far out.)
See the corner of the deck below? We can't even access it right now. There's 18" of accumulation, but the drifts against the door are well over 24".
@dmcoile@linnypinny To be perfectly honest, these aren't *that* outrageous for our area, but usually we have a January thaw and start fresh so the accumulated ice and snow isn't quite so overwhelming...not this year!
