I’m OK with replacing pumpkin pie with chocolate pie but I’m not sure how I feel about replacing turkey with this. It is a beautifully colorful photo and somebody went to a lot of trouble to make all those tiny slices but you can’t make turkey sandwiches out of this the day after.
@grammyn I used a food processor to make the slices so that went fast and we did eat the leftovers the next day. I know vegetables will never replace the Thanksgiving turkey, but after learning how the turkey farming process goes, I decided to not give them my money.
