My daughter running on a treadmill, She runs 13 km on a Tuesday and Thursday. Saturday she runs 5 km. Must be a habit,,,,

My daughter has had one for some years. It is still almost brand new. It's the will to exercise that is important not the equipment. A run like that everyday should keep your daughter more than fit. Love the composition.
