This photo was taken in the admission department of the hospital this morning with my cell phone, when no one was looking. I just wanted to share the beautiful background. A picture in the woods at the back, with the desk in the front. Should be b & w, but the colour one was even better.
Was sick again since Monday, therefore no photos. Went to the theater this morning and I hope this was the last time! All well now.
It would be nice if it was real but a picture is better than a blank wall when its a hospital and you wish you didn't have to be there! You haven't complained of anything unless I've missed it but do hope that its not too serious!
@maggiemae Thanks Maggiemae. I suddenly got sick last Friday and my daughter took me to hospital. I was admitted after they took a scan and found I had a kidney stone to be removed only on Saturday. I was discharged on Saturday and the stent had to be removed again on Thursday. I could go home after the visit to the theater. I had to go back this morning to fetch my car because I drove to hospital on Thursday. My daughter hurt her muscle in her leg while helping me getting rid of a bat in the house. The bat landed on her back. She got a fright and hurt her leg. Looks like a hospital here. One on crutches, one who can hardly walk and the we do have the Alzheimers patient to. I just can laugh at this stage. We got notice no water till Sunday, They are working on pipes. Then the lights went out now. No, we do not live in a small place. Bloemfontein is the capital of the Free State province...
Oh my gosh Sylvia, I feel for you. If I lived closer I would come and help you out. All I can do is say a prayer for you and wish you and your daughter a speedy return to good health.
What a beautiful and calming picture to look at in this situation. Sounds as though you have been through a great deal--I do hope things calm down now. All the best for recovery to you and your daughter.
Oh Sylvia, I just read your comment to Maggiemae. Hope you and your daughter are both okay soon--and no more bats in the house. If it had landed on my back, I think I would have died of the fright.
