@drman I just made a new layer, changed the photo in b and w. I then erased all the beads to show their color. The next step was filter gallery and then stylize. I chose glowing edges.
Ha ha by the way this photo of the container was taken on my closed laptop as the striped background. No extra light while sitting on my bed without a tripod. Hope this explain it all. Thanks to Photoshop!
