Busy cleaning the apartment again yesterday, so no photos, but here is my first photo from this morning instead. My bromeliad is developing quickly now
@narayani . Thanks so much. Last year I kept a continuous track of the progress of the bromeliads - but I realised that although my photos were sharp enough, they were more documentary than artistic. I think I've grown a bit more now to start realising that I don't need to capture the whole flower - I need to try and find my inner artist while I'm about it. (I think I still have a long way to go finding that inner artist, but at least I am on the path now)
@anniesue@bf2016 . Thank you. I do enjoy my bromeliads when they flower (once a year), but at least the flowers usually last quite a few months. This has been a very hot drought year, so it will be interesting to see if the flower lasts as long. Only one flower so far this year
