Had to fetch my mother from Casualty again today. She's had 2 units of blood and has to go back to outpatients next Friday for a colonoscopy & gastroscopy to find out why she's losing so much blood. So this is another shot from tomorrow. While we were "mooching" around various wine farms before the show, we happened to find this cycle club, so I was attempting to practice my panning skills. He wasn't going fast enough over the rough terrain to get a feeling of speed though.
