Haha. Why did I have nothing but a photo of the back of a cormorant today? Well I knew he would fly the minute I walked past with the dogs. So I got my camera set to burst mode and started shooting him in preparation to capture the flight - but the dogs jerked me at the crucial moment and I got nothing! (There was space for his wings and for him to fly into - I just cropped it all off now before posting)
You now have multiple pictures of the back of a cormorant because he sat right there, yes?:) Since I got the silencers for the dog's tags, I have to say the wildlife tends to hang around a lot longer than before when the jingling of tags would send them off. We can now get much closer to critters than is probably good for them considering the terriers' predatory nature.
@narayani Yup. Indeed. Some days are just like that. I often think the song Some Days are Diamonds, Some Days are Stone was just for me. But I guess it is like that for all of us. :)
@beckyk365 LOL Becky. You show us some beautiful photos. And yes, the dogs do add another level of difficulty - but hey, I guess that's what makes life interesting
