A selfie of me walking. I had to take a photo with the theme "exercise" for my 52 week challenge shot, and the description implied it was the verb physical exercise. There simply hasn't been time in my life to seek out somebody running or doing yoga or any other exercise so I decided to experiment with shooting myself as I took the dogs out walking.
