It was a very bad day at the hospital, today. This week has been a roller coaster ride - huge ups and downs. One day Dad seems slightly improved, the next day worse than ever. So today I decided the only way I am going to cope with this and remain strong for my mother, is to try and be normal again. So I deliberately stopped on the side of the road on the way home after visiting hour at the hospital, to take a photo. My camera hadn't been out of its bag yet this week, until now!
Well done Desi. Being normal can be very hard in the face of adversity. I too have had a difficult week, but photography is my sanctuary. Thinking of you much at this time.
