Finally completed the last of the editing, sorting, and deleting of the christening photos from last Sunday, and copied 77 full size photos onto a memory stick for my client as well as a folder with all the same photos resized smaller for Social Media uploads for her. This is one of the younger guests at the Christening who seemed to be just dying to also have her photo taken too, because of course all the attention was on the baby ...
@anniesue Thank you. It's a pity I didn't handle the lighting too well in this opportunistic shot, and the side of her face is too brightly lit from the sunshine streaming in on my left. But at least the main part of her face is correctly exposed, and I got down to her eye level so I got that bit right!
What an adorable portrait! And Annie-Sue is totally right about creating a relationship between viewer and subject … You feel like she's looking right at you.
