Same rose as photo posted yesterday, shot at the same time/session. But I just felt like experimenting with trying to make it look softer but yet still in focus by putting a pantyhose over my lens. I think this is just too soft ... perhaps I need to experiment with a different colour pantyhose or perhaps buy one specially that is thinner instead of just using an old holey one? But definitely fun to play with different ideas and effects
@777margo@narayani@bf2016 Thank you. I really like this effect - just need to experiment more with it as I feel I need just a wee bit more detail in the petals than I'm seeing. I think perhaps if I find a black pantyhose instead of a brown one it might work better? But the main thing is to stretch it tighter perhaps so there are slightly bigger "holes" in the mesh of the weave?
