Textured

No new photos today, so I decided to take a bit of time for myself playing with Gimp and a photo from about a year ago that I have never really been happy with. I took another photo of a grey plastered wall with cracks in it, and used that as a texture to overlay on top of the main image to try and hide the empty shop window with newspaper, and dull grey bricks. Then I sponged off bits of the wall texture to show the busker underneath. Far from perfect yet as a fine art image, but a good start to learning a new technique and discovering a bit more about using Gimp
Well done!
