What a great day it's been. Just for a change I have a choice of photos from today. Walked the dogs first thing this morning and realised how good it was for all of us, psychologically as well as physically. Finished cleaning the apartment, and then took a ride down to the fishing harbour this evening after feeding the dogs. That shadow is me on my bike! Samsung Health told me it is 1.3km each way, but I had a head wind on the way home and I swear the distance doubled itself for my unfit legs.
