Went to the Canon Roadshow in Cape Town today with my photobuddy Karen. They had some specials for sale, so I treated myself to a wide angle lens. Working with the distortions of very wide angle will certainly take some getting used to... we stopped at the tiny little village of Philadelphia on our way home, and of course I had to photograph every angle of the little church trying out my new lens. The discerning eye will see that I have fitted it all in at 10mm, but struggled a little with the perspective!
(PS You might have guessed by now that I love taking photos of the village/town churches where ever I go!)
@777margo@narayani Thank you. :) Every time I look at it I see the slight squonkiness and "non-right angles" and the mathematical, OCD part of me wants to bend it straight! LOL.
