I don't know if she really was sailing for Old England, but she was flying a Red Ensign at her stern as she departed this morning.
@anniesue Thanks Annie-Sue. Roger Whittaker's Last Farewell was one of those songs I played to death on my little portable record player when I was a teenager... @narayani Yes we did get some rain. Only a few mm so the ground is still dry underneath the damp top mm, but every drop counts, and it also helps top up our water tank catching water from the roof. That is so successful we are thinking of investing more money into another tank on the other side of the house.
