@s4sayer This is a speed warning sign. All along our roads there are signs that look exactly like this with the maximum speed allowed and picture of a camera below. In town our speed limits are usually 60km/h, sometimes 40km/h, and on the highways the speed limit is 120km/h. The traffic cops hide away in shadows and ditches, or behind bushes etc. to catch people exceeding the limit and a fine arrives in the post a month later. Which leads me to believe it is not in the name of improving road safety, but simply to generate revenue. This is private farm land, and this farmer is obviously taking a dig at the speed warning signs ... nobody in their right mind would be driving down this dirt road at anywhere near that speed anyway.
