We had some friends around for lunch today. Cheryl always brings the most interesting and amazing hostess gifts, and today was no exception. She brought a microwave bag, as well as some sweetcorn to cook in the bag, and some baking paper to wrap the sweetcorn in before popping it into the bag. And I just loved the packaging - that little angel hanging on the brown paper bag is a wooden angel on a string, held in place by that decorated peg.
@anniesue Thank you - yes it was fun. There were 3 couples, so a nice little group around the table. @narayani I haven't cooked the corn yet! We had already prepared roast beef and veg for lunch, and then today I've been cleaning the apartment, and Don took Cheryl and Peter into Cape Town to catch a flight, so it was just leftovers for supper tonight @bf2016 Yes I am impressed too. I am nowhere near as clever at wrapping gifts, and also not as imaginative at finding different gifts like this.

@bf2016 Yes I am impressed too. I am nowhere near as clever at wrapping gifts, and also not as imaginative at finding different gifts like this.
