@narayani Yes they are all Yorkies, but Holly is quite small weighing in at only 2kg (maybe the same size as Ziggy was?), and Max is the biggest of the four, weighing in at about 10kg (or maybe even more now?) Being a rescue we didn't know his exact age, but seeing how much he has grown since I got him, I think he must've been just a big puppy, so I was quite frustrated with him thinking he was a naughty, untrained adult because of his size.
@bf2016 Holly sometimes gets upset and taps me on the ankle to let me know, but I have made sure there are enough comfy beds for all of them, and she has another spot that is reserved for her alone in a corner in my study, with a big soft continental pillow that she can snuggle into. I don't move the intruder out of her bed - instead I distract her attention by picking her up or putting her elsewhere and petting her a bit. Besides, she sometimes takes over Max's big bed!
@pusspup Yes indeed, the grass is greener. Especially because this bed is right next to my chair, and Max is always as close to me as he can get. He's very protective - if we go camping for example, he comes to the shower or toilet with me and positions himself across the outside of the door. Everyone always knows if I'm in there because of Max just outside!
