Yes I know it's quite a dumb photo, but his represents some important learning experience for me. Decided I had to learn how to use my flash off camera. Sometimes manuals, or even YouTube videos are not always the easiest way to figure out how to do something (or maybe I'm just not that bright), but it took me a good hour to finally get it figured. And then a couple of simple shots like this before calling it a day and heading for bed. Now I feel like I'm starting to internalise hard lighting instead of just thinking I'm understanding what I read.
@narayani Thank you. I love learning new skills but am not very good at just absorbing from reading, unless I actually do something myself - over and over again
