My ginger haired Charlie is normally a very smiley dog - but that's only when he's leaping around me trying to get attention. Like Max, Charlie did not want to stay in one place, and he certainly didn't want to look towards me, so this was a lucky catch!
@ludwigsdiana He does have a sad expression. I don't think he understands why I am asking him to stay there. Normally he leaps around me with a silly smile on his face. I can't even go to the toilet without Max and Charlie - and Charlie keeps bouncing and trying to jump at my legs.
