Went off to a local artisanal cheese maker to purchase some of his hand made cheeses and yoghurt. Yes it is more expensive than buying commercial cheeses, but so much nicer, and it is nice to know one is supporting "the little guys". His brand name is Kokerboom cheeses after this lovely old Kokerboom in his garden, and all the cheeses are named after local fish or birds. My favourite tasting was "a happy mistake" that he's called Gannet
Yes I like supporting the local little guys too. That is an incredible looking plant!!! I’ve never seen anything like that. Are those spikes sharp, they sure look it?!
