I felt like the skies this morning made the effort of getting up in what feels like the middle of the night to get my dogs out walking during our allowed exercise period all so worth while. I don't know if the dogs particularly care about the sunrise or not, but they are just happy to be out walking with me exchanging p-mails and greeting all the other dogs and their walkers.
@narayani No I didn't need to enhance it at all except to increase the exposure slightly because it was still quite dark then, and I couldn't make it any lighter in camera because the exposure time of my first shot was just so long there was camera shake. You can see the photo is quite grainy because I had to shoot at a very high iso due to lack of available light. It was simply magnificent all by itself, but did start changing quite quickly after this. Within minutes as is got lighter, the vivid colours started becoming more muted.
@ludwigsdiana Thanks Diana. I couldn't believe my luck with that wonderful sky this morning. From what I could see through the roofs of houses behind me it looked like a lovely sunset, but of course we're not allowed out at any other time
