Fishermen at sunrise

Another early morning. Again, I was glad I had dragged myself out of bed early enough to have walked to the river by sunrise. Even when lockdown is lifted I will have to try and maintain this discipline if I possibly can - although it is getting cold now and bed seems so snug and warm when it is still pitch dark

@pattyblue thanks Pat. At the moment I have to be out early because our lockdown regulations only allow for exercise time between 6am-9am, and the sun only rises at 7:30am, so it is quite easy to discipline myself right now.

@365anne Thanks Anne. I am going to have to try keeping this same discipline when our lockdown is lifted from level 4 now to level 3 next week when we will be allowed to exercise at any time between 6am - 6pm
