@nodrognai Yes indeed. She alternates concentration and getting it exactly right with fun of pretending she doesn't know where or how to put the piece in because she loves the grown up reactions when she deliberately puts it in the wrong place.
@s4sayer Right now she is loving her jigsaw puzzles. She has a two of these peg puzzles which are actually very easy for her now and then a 12 piece puzzle without the picture behind it so it is really quite advanced for an 18month old, but she so loves the challenge of trying it with adult help. And no sooner has the puzzle been built than she turns it upside down and breaks it apart to start all over again.
@narayani Thank you so much. I think she's gorgeous but unfortunately this visit I haven't yet managed to capture any freshly dressed, hair brushed, looking pretty images because it always seems to be a rush to get ready to go out. And now it takes twice as long as she has to try putting her clothes on first, and one has to catch a squirming, wriggling child who keeps trying to run away in order to brush her hair.
I hope she grows up to enjoy jigsaws as much as l do ;-)
