This week's swimming lesson went a LOT better with no temper tantrums and loads of smiles and giggles. There were major traffic jams on the roads today with a whole lot of traffic lights out and 5 o'clock big city traffic, so we were a few minutes late - but only one other mum and baby made it.
@narayani No she's not swimming unaided yet. The photo is misleading because you are not seeing her mother in the water with her just to the right supporting her with hands under her tummy. She still very much needs assistance in the water, although she is very comfortable being in the water with people she trusts
@ludwigsdiana Yes indeed she is very comfortable in the water and is even happy with the underwater "swim" they do for a meter or two (teacher takes the child and propels her fast under the water to waiting parent a couple of meters away. Baby has to learn to blow bubbles while underwater)
